Payment Structure
Services may be billed under one of the following structures, as outlined in the applicable agreement or service description:

• Fixed-price, milestone-based projects, billed according to the milestones defined in the signed SOW

• Hourly or time-based services, billed at the agreed hourly rate

• Recurring support or subscription services, billed monthly unless otherwise specified

Invoices are issued according to the agreed billing structure.

Payment Timing
Invoices are due within five (5) business days of issue unless otherwise stated in writing. Work may pause if payment is delayed.

Payment Methods
ACH bank transfer is fee-free and preferred. Debit and credit card payments are available if needed and include standard processing fees. Accepted payment methods may vary by invoice.

Scope Changes
Any changes to scope, features, or requirements outside the agreed SOW or service description may require a revised timeline and/or additional fees and must be approved in writing before work proceeds.

 

Client Responsiveness / Timeline Protection

Project timelines are dependent on timely client communication, feedback, and approvals.

If client feedback or required materials are delayed beyond 5 business days, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly.

If no communication is received for 10 consecutive days, the project may be paused or closed at the current stage, and any future work will require a new scope, timeline, and pricing agreement.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all deliverables remain the property of Beyond Limits Digital Co. until full payment is received. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of approved deliverables transfers to the client.
Beyond Limits Digital Co. reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds
If services are canceled after work has begun:

• Fees are due for work completed to date

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started

• No refunds are provided for completed services

Support plans or recurring subscription services may be canceled according to the terms outlined in the applicable agreement, support plan terms, or cancellation policy above.

 

Beyond Limits Digital Co. reserves the right to close or terminate a project at any stage due to extended delays, lack of communication, or significant scope changes.

In such cases, all completed work up to that point will be delivered, and payments for completed work will remain non-refundable.

Ongoing Support Plan Cancellation

Recurring support retainers and monthly support services may be canceled at any time with a minimum thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancellation.

Support services and billing will remain active during the notice period to allow for proper transition, scheduling adjustments, project wrap-up, and delivery of any remaining in-scope requests.

Failure to utilize support services during an active billing period does not waive or reduce recurring fees.

Beyond Limits Digital Co. reserves the right to pause or terminate ongoing support services due to non-payment, abuse of service scope, extended inactivity, or violation of service terms.

Limitation of Liability
Beyond Limits Digital Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption arising from the services provided.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
