Partner Terms

These Partner Terms govern participation in Beyond Limits Digital Co.'s partner, referral, and collaboration programs ("Partner Programs"). By applying to or participating in a Partner Program, you agree to these terms in addition to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Types of Partnership

• Referral partners, individuals or businesses who introduce prospective clients to BL Digital;

• Strategic technology partners, providers whose products or services we may evaluate, recommend, or coordinate for clients;

• Collaboration partners, agencies, consultants, or specialists who work alongside BL Digital on client engagements.

Specific partner arrangements, including any compensation, are defined in a separate written partner agreement.

2. Independent Relationship

Partners are independent businesses or contractors. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or franchise relationship. Partners may not sign contracts, make commitments, or make representations on behalf of BL Digital.

3. Referral Compensation

Where a partner agreement provides for referral compensation, compensation is earned only when the conditions in that agreement are met (for example, a referred client signing and paying for a qualifying engagement). Referral compensation is disclosed to clients consistent with our Referral and Affiliate Disclosure. BL Digital may also receive compensation from strategic technology providers when clients adopt services through our coordination; this is likewise disclosed.

4. Standards of Conduct

Partners must:

• Represent BL Digital's services accurately and never promise specific results, rankings, revenue, or income on our behalf;

• Comply with applicable laws, including marketing, privacy, and disclosure requirements (such as FTC endorsement guidelines);

• Disclose their relationship with BL Digital when promoting or referring our services;

• Not engage in spam, misleading advertising, or high-pressure tactics.

5. Brand Use

Partners may use BL Digital's name and approved brand assets only as permitted in their partner agreement, and must stop using them when the partnership ends. Partners may not register domains, social handles, or advertising using our brand without written approval.

6. Confidentiality

Partners may receive non-public information about BL Digital, its clients, or its methods. Partners agree to keep such information confidential and use it only for the purposes of the partnership.

7. Term and Termination

Either party may end a partner relationship with written notice as set out in the partner agreement. Compensation properly earned before termination will be paid per the agreement; no compensation accrues after termination.

8. Changes

We may update these Partner Terms from time to time. Continued participation in a Partner Program after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
