A guest discovers your property and books through an OTA or directly on your website.
The guest receives permitted stay information and access to a digital guest experience, such as a guidebook.
Where permitted, the guest can choose to establish a direct relationship with the property, for example by opting in to hear from you. Nothing is required.
For a future trip, the guest can return through the property’s own booking website.
Over time, the property owner develops repeat business and customer relationships.
Guests who book through an OTA are never required to register off-platform, and marketing consent is never assumed. Any direct relationship is voluntary, and guest communications follow each OTA's terms, applicable law, and the consent a guest has actually given.
